Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Rectangular Counter Kit — Hardware Only, Graphics Not Included
The frame, base, and countertop for our rectangular trade show counter. Hardware only — the printed graphic wrap is sold separately — so you can build a counter around artwork you already own, or keep a spare frame on hand for multi-booth events.
Ideal for trade show booths, registration and check-in desks, product demos, sampling stations, retail pop-ups, reception areas, and information kiosks.
Anchors Your Booth Entry Point
A counter defines where visitors approach and where your staff stand, which is the difference between an open floor people walk past and a booth with an obvious front door.
The rectangular footprint sits flush against a back wall or squares off a corner cleanly, making it the practical choice for inline booths where every inch is allocated.
Black MDF Countertop Included
A rigid black MDF top is included, giving you a real working surface rather than a decorative shell — solid enough for a tablet or laptop, a payment terminal, product samples, or literature.
The enclosed body doubles as concealed storage, which is where most exhibitors end up hiding boxes, coats, bags, and stock during show hours.
Four Poles Twist Together — No Tools
Four poles twist together onto a sturdy base to form the structure, and the whole counter assembles onsite without tools or loose fasteners.
Any member of your booth team can build it, and the base adds stability so the counter does not shift when someone leans on it.
Reusable Frame, New Graphics Anytime
The frame is the durable part of the investment. Rebrand, change a campaign, or add a sponsor and you order a new graphic wrap while the hardware stays in service.
