Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

15' x 10' Premium Aluminum Tent Frame — Hardware Only
A premium 40mm anodized aluminum tent frame in the 15' x 10' size, sold as hardware only with no canopy included. Fifteen feet covers 50% more ground than a standard 10' tent while still fitting in most vendor allotments — the middle option between a single 10' footprint and a full 20' span.
Ideal for exhibitors who already own a 15' canopy, teams replacing a frame, and organizations that want one frame serving several printed tops across a season.
Wider Coverage Without Going to 20'
The extra five feet buys room for a registration table plus a product display, or a serving line with staff working behind it, without the crew and footprint a 20' tent demands.
It is also the practical maximum at many markets and sporting venues that allocate space in 5-foot increments and will not permit a 20-foot run.
Premium 40mm Anodized Aluminum
The 40mm anodized aluminum construction is strong enough to hold a 15-foot span square and taut, while staying far lighter to carry and handle than a steel frame of the same size.
The anodized finish resists rust and corrosion from rain, humidity, and salt air — the failure mode that ends the life of most outdoor event hardware.
Hexagon Legs and Pinch-Free Levers
Hexagon-shaped legs add rigidity and durability over round tubing, which matters more as the span gets wider and each leg carries more leverage.
Pinch-free levers set the height quickly and safely, and the crank-up design keeps the finished tent looking sleek with no bulky external hardware — engineered for repeated setup and teardown rather than occasional use.
Canopy Not Included
This listing covers the frame only. Order a 15' x 10' sublimated canopy separately, and take advantage of the fact that the frame accepts new canopies — branding can evolve for a new campaign or sponsor without repurchasing hardware. Sand bags, water bases, stake kits, and the wheeled transport case that fits this frame are also sold separately.
