Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

10' Steel Tent Frame — Hardware Only
The economical 10' x 10' tent frame, sold on its own with no canopy included. Steel construction keeps the price down and the mass up, making this the sensible choice when the tent lives in a truck, gets set up by a rotating crew, and needs to work week after week without being babied.
Ideal for exhibitors who already own a canopy, organizations replacing a damaged frame, and teams that want one frame serving several printed tops.
Sturdy Steel for Everyday Duty
The good-quality steel frame uses square-shaped legs for solid, stable footing and adds useful mass, which helps the tent sit planted rather than skittish in a breeze.
It is heavier to carry than our premium aluminum frame — that is the trade-off you are making for the lower price and the extra ballast. If your crew moves the tent long distances or flies to events, the aluminum frame is the better fit.
Pinch-Free Height Adjustment
Height is set with pinch-free levers instead of pull-pins, so staff adjust the legs quickly without catching fingers in the mechanism.
That matters most with a rotating volunteer crew who have not set the tent up before and are working against a move-in deadline.
Crank-Up Style, Sleek Finish
The crank-up design gives a clean profile with no bulky exposed hardware, so even at this price point the finished tent looks like a branded display rather than a utility canopy.
Canopy Not Included
This listing is the frame only. The 10' span fits our standard sublimated canopies, ordered separately — and because canopies are replaceable, you can refresh your branding for a new campaign or sponsor without buying hardware again. Sand bags, water bases, stake kits, and transport cases are also sold separately.
