Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

7.5' Wide Straight Wall Pop-Up Display — Hardware Only, Frame and Case
The compact member of our straight wall pop-up family, sold as hardware only — frame and protective carry case, with graphics not included. At 7.5 feet wide it suits smaller booths, narrower wall runs, and venues where a full ten-foot backwall simply will not fit.
Ideal for exhibitors who already own graphics, teams building a second frame for simultaneous events, and anyone replacing hardware while keeping their existing covers.
Compact Width for Tighter Spaces
Seven and a half feet is often the practical maximum in a small booth, a corner space, a hotel meeting room, or a retail floor — wide enough to read as a proper wall, narrow enough not to crowd the space.
The frame is also lighter and shorter when packed than the 10' and 15' versions, which makes it the easier choice for staff flying to events or moving between venues in a single day.
Tool-Free Pop-Up Assembly
The expanding pop-up mechanism opens out from the case and locks into a full-height wall with no tools and no loose hardware to misplace.
Setup takes minutes and requires no technical skill, so any member of your team can put the wall up and take it down unassisted.
Reuse the Frame With Fresh Graphics
The frame is the durable part of the investment. Buying it once and swapping the fabric cover is the most economical way to keep a booth current — new campaign, new sponsor, new season, same hardware.
Order 7.5' replacement graphics separately in premium polyester or Superior Block-Out, with velcro-back or wrap end cap styles available.
Case and Warranty Included
A protective carry case is included for transport and storage, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty — built for repeat use rather than a single event.
