Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Advertising Flag Holder for Tents — Hardware Only
Your tent already occupies its allotted space — this bracket lets you go up instead of out. The flag holder mounts a feather or teardrop flag directly to your tent frame, lifting branding well above canopy height without taking a single extra square foot of floor.
Ideal for sporting events, festivals, markets, races, corporate activations, school events, and any crowded venue where being seen from a distance decides who visits your booth.
Vertical Branding Above the Canopy
At a busy event every tent is roughly the same height, so canopy graphics compete with each other at eye level. A flag mounted above the roofline breaks that plane and is visible from across a field or down a full row of vendors.
It also works as a landmark: attendees who were told to "meet at the flag" can find you without knowing your booth number.
No Extra Footprint
Because the flag mounts to the tent itself, you add height and visibility without a ground base intruding into the walkway or eating into your paid space.
That matters at markets and festivals where footprints are strictly enforced, and it removes a trip hazard compared with a free-standing flag base beside the tent.
