Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Plastic Water Base, 10L — Set of 4
Tent ballast with nothing to buy and nothing to carry. This set of four 10-litre plastic water bases fills from any tap or hose at the venue, giving roughly 20 pounds of hold-down weight per leg, then empties out completely for a light trip home.
Ideal for sporting events, festivals, markets, parking lot and sidewalk activations, school and community events, and any hard-surface venue that does not allow staking.
Fills Onsite With Water
Each base holds 10 litres and delivers approximately 20 lbs of ballast when full — about 80 lbs across a complete tent.
Water is free and available at virtually every venue, so unlike sand there is nothing to purchase, transport, or dispose of. Drain the bases into a grate at the end of the day and you are done.
Set of Four Stabilizes Every Leg
The set covers all four legs of the tent, which is how anchoring should be done — an unweighted corner is where a tent lifts first in a gust.
The bases are shaped to rest securely on the tent feet, keeping the weight directly over the leg where it is most effective and out of the walkway where it would be a trip hazard.
Empties Flat for Travel and Storage
Empty, the bases stack down small and add almost no weight to your load, so they live permanently in your event kit instead of being sourced fresh each time.
The durable plastic construction handles repeated filling, draining, sun, and outdoor use season after season, and will not rust or stain the surfaces it sits on.
