Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Privacy Wall for 10' x 10' Tent — White, Blank
Close in one side of your tent and you have a private room. This blank white privacy wall attaches to a standard 10' tent canopy with Velcro and turns an open canopy into an enclosed, usable space — a changing area, a secure storage corner, or shelter from wind and sun on one exposure.
Ideal for sporting events, races, festivals, medical and first-aid tents, sampling and demo booths, retail activations, schools, and any setup that needs somewhere out of public view.
Creates Private Space Onsite
A single wall gives you a screened area for staff to change, a place to lock down product and personal belongings out of sight, or a quiet corner for consultations and registrations.
Add walls on additional sides to build progressively more enclosure — two for a wind break in a corner, three for a nearly closed room with a single open front.
600D Heavy Polyester
The wall is made from the same 600 denier heavy polyester used in our premium tent canopies, so it holds its shape, resists tearing, and stands up to repeated event use rather than flapping loose after a season.
The heavier fabric also does a better job blocking sun and wind on an exposed side, and it is opaque enough to give genuine privacy rather than a silhouette.
Velcro Attachment
The wall attaches to the canopy with Velcro — no tools, no poles, no extra hardware. It goes on and comes off in under a minute, so you can add or remove it as conditions change through the day.
White Blank — No Printing
This is an unprinted white wall, which keeps the cost down and suits any tent colour or branding scheme. If you want your logo or artwork on the side panels, order our custom sublimated privacy walls instead.
