Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Wheeled Carry Case for 10' Tent and Canopy — Heavy-Duty Polyester with Carry Handles
A heavy-duty wheeled case sized to carry a complete 10' tent frame and canopy. Built-in wheels, comfortable carry handles, and tough polyester construction — the accessory that decides whether moving your tent is a one-person job or a two-person struggle.
Ideal for sporting events and tournaments, festivals and markets, trade shows, races and marathons, parking lot promotions, school and community events, and any organisation whose tent gets loaded in and out repeatedly through a season.
Wheels Change the Load-In
A 10' tent frame and canopy together are an awkward, heavy load. On smooth wheels the same kit rolls across a parking lot, down a corridor, or through a venue behind one person.
That matters most at the end of a long event, when everything has to come back out again and the crew is tired.
Heavy-Duty Polyester Construction
The case is made from heavy-duty polyester that resists tearing where the frame's corners and joints press against it — the point where a thin bag splits after a few trips.
Comfortable carry handles are fitted for the lifts wheels cannot help with: kerbs, tailgates, stairs, and van floors.
Protects the Kit in Storage
Between events the case keeps the frame and canopy together, clean, and out of the dust — so a printed canopy is not sitting loose in a storeroom picking up marks.
It also means one item to find and load rather than a frame, a canopy, and a bag of parts stored in three different places.

This case is sized for our 10' tent frame and canopy. It is a replacement or spare — our complete premium 10' tent kits already include a wheeled case.
