Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

20' x 10' Premium Aluminum Tent Frame — Hardware Only
The frame behind our largest branded tent, available on its own. This is our premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame in the 20' x 10' size — hardware only, with no canopy included — for exhibitors who already own a canopy, need a replacement frame, or want one frame serving several printed tops.
Ideal for sporting events, festivals, trade shows, corporate activations, schools and universities, races, and any outdoor program that needs 200 square feet of covered space.

The 40mm anodized aluminum construction gives a strong, professional-quality framework that stays far easier to transport and handle than heavier steel alternatives at this span.
The anodized finish resists corrosion from rain, humidity, and salt air, which matters for hardware that lives outdoors through a full season of events.
Hexagon Legs and Pinch-Free Adjustment
Hexagon-shaped legs add rigidity and durability over standard round tubing — worth having on a 20-foot frame, where leverage on each leg is greater.

Order a 20' x 10' sublimated canopy separately — and because the frame accepts replacement canopies, you can refresh your branding for a new campaign or sponsor without repurchasing hardware. Sand bags, water bases, stake kits, and wheeled transport cases are also sold separately.
