Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Tent Frame Hardware
Eligible tent frame hardware is covered by a Lifetime Frame Hardware Warranty.
Canopy & Accessories
The tent canopy, soft case with wheels and stake kit are covered by a One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Important: Your Tent Must Be Properly Secured
The tent frame must be properly secured to the ground to help prevent wind damage. Failure to secure the tent to the ground voids the warranty. Wind-related damage resulting from an unsecured or improperly secured tent is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty covers eligible tent components against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Wind damage where the tent has not been properly secured to the ground

10' Premium Aluminum Tent Frame — Hardware Only, Canopy Not Included
The premium 40mm anodized aluminum frame for our 10' x 10' tent, sold on its own. The canopy is not included — this is the order if you already have a printed top, need a second frame to run two tents from one graphic set, or are replacing a frame that has reached the end of its life.
Ideal for sporting events and tournaments, festivals and markets, races and marathons, parking lot promotions, sponsor activations, corporate events, schools and universities, and any organisation running multiple tents through a season.
Premium 40mm Anodized Aluminum
This is our premium hardware, not an economy frame. The 40mm anodized aluminum tubing stays commercial-grade while being far easier to carry, lift, and transport than steel.
Anodizing gives a hard, corrosion-resistant surface — which matters on a frame that goes up outdoors, gets rained on, and is packed away before it has fully dried.
Hexagon Legs Resist Twisting
The legs are hexagonal rather than round, a profile that resists flex and twisting better than a plain tube of the same weight.
On a tent, twist is what loosens joints and puts a canopy out of true over repeated setups — so the leg profile is doing more work than it appears to.
Crank-Up, Pinch-Free Height Adjustment
The crank-up design adjusts height and levelling quickly on site, with pinch-free levers so nobody catches a finger doing it.
Setup is tool-free, which means any event crew can put it up rather than only the person who has done it before.
Accepts New Canopies as Branding Changes
The frame is the durable, expensive half of a tent and the canopy is the half that dates or wears. Keeping the frame and buying new tops is the cheaper way to run a changing message.
Our 10' printed and blank canopies both fit this frame, so you can hold a branded top for public-facing days and a plain one for the working positions.
