Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Plastic Screw Base for Feather Flags
A ground screw that turns soft earth into a solid anchor. This moulded plastic base twists directly into grass, soil, or sand and holds a feather flag upright without any added weight — no sandbags, no water bags, nothing to carry in.
Ideal for outdoor sporting events, golf courses and tournaments, beach and park events, races and marathons, festivals, real estate and lot signage, and any venue with ground you are permitted to penetrate.
Screws Into Soft Ground for a Firm Grip
The threaded design bites into the ground as you turn it, so the holding force comes from the earth itself rather than from ballast sitting on the surface.
That makes it the most secure option on grass, dirt, or sand — and the lightest, since there is nothing to fill. Note that it needs penetrable ground; for pavement, concrete, or indoor floors use a cross base or a weighted base instead.
360-Degree Flag Rotation
The base lets the feather flag rotate a full 360 degrees so it swings to face the wind rather than fighting it.
Letting the flag pivot reduces strain on the pole and the fabric, and it keeps the graphic reading properly instead of wrapping itself around the pole.
Weather-Resistant Construction
Moulded from durable plastic that will not rust, corrode, or stain, the base handles rain, wet grass, damp sand, and sun exposure season after season — an advantage over metal hardware left outdoors.
