Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Round Water Bag
Roughly 20 pounds of ballast that costs nothing to fill and weighs nothing to ship. This round water bag arrives empty and flat, fills from any tap or hose once you are onsite, and wraps neatly around the base of a flag or display to hold it steady outdoors.
Ideal for feather and teardrop flags, banner stands, and portable displays used at outdoor events, on patios and sidewalks, and anywhere you cannot stake into the ground.
Fills Onsite for Instant Weight
Filled with water, the bag delivers approximately 20 lbs of hold-down weight — enough to steady a flag or display against everyday breeze and passing foot traffic.
Because the weight comes from water you source at the venue, there is nothing heavy to carry in and nothing to pay freight on. Empty the bag before you leave and the weight disappears again.
Round Design Wraps the Base
