Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

13' Medium Flag Kit — Hardware Included, Outdoor Use
The complete hardware set for our 13-foot outdoor flag: poles, ground spike base, and carry bag. Thirteen feet is the size you choose when the flag has to be seen from the far side of a lot or from moving traffic. Graphics are sold separately.
Ideal for roadside and highway-facing locations, large parking lots, car dealerships, grand openings, festivals and fairgrounds, golf tournaments, sports complexes, races, university campuses, and outdoor trade show grounds.
Height Is Reach
Every extra foot of height buys sightline. At thirteen feet the graphic clears vehicles, crowds, fencing, and neighbouring booths, staying visible from distances where a shorter flag is simply lost in the clutter.
This is the size for locations set back from the road, spread-out event grounds, and any situation where you are competing for attention against other signage.
Aviation-Grade Composite Poles
The kit includes one set of aviation-grade fibreglass carbon composite poles. Composite flexes with a gust and returns straight instead of taking the permanent bend aluminum acquires.
That property matters more at this height, where wind loads are higher: the pole bows, the fabric moves, and the motion draws the eye — while the hardware survives the season rather than the weekend.
Ground Spike Base Included
One spike base is included for outdoor installation into grass or soil. It drives straight into soft ground and anchors the flag without weights, sandbags, or tools.
Drive the spike fully and firmly for a flag this tall — the taller the flag, the more the anchor is doing.
Packs Down, Reprints Cheaply
A carry bag is included and the sectional poles break down for transport and indoor storage between promotions.
Because the graphic slips off the pole set, one kit carries a new message for every campaign or season. Buy the hardware once and add graphics as you need them.
