Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

10' Small Flag Kit — Hardware Included, Outdoor Use
The complete hardware set for our 10-foot outdoor flag: poles, ground spike base, and carry bag. Ten feet is the everyday working height — clear of parked cars and standing crowds, still manageable for one person to carry and plant. Graphics are sold separately.
Ideal for storefronts and business entrances, parking lot and roadside promotions, grand openings, open houses, pop-up shops, golf tournaments, sports fields, school and university events, races, and outdoor trade show grounds.
Aviation-Grade Composite Poles
The kit includes one set of aviation-grade fibreglass carbon composite poles. Composite flexes with a gust and springs back straight, rather than taking the permanent bend an aluminum pole acquires after one bad afternoon.
That flex is what makes a feather flag work: the pole bows, the fabric moves, and the motion pulls eyes that a static sign never earns — while the hardware lasts the season rather than the weekend.
The Height That Clears Traffic
At ten feet the graphic sits above parked vehicles and standing crowds, which is exactly what a storefront or lot-edge flag needs to do — be readable from the road, not from six feet away.
Placed in a row of three or four along an entrance or driveway, flags at this height create a repeated brand rhythm that reads clearly at driving speed.
Ground Spike Base Included
One spike base is included for outdoor installation into grass or soil. It drives straight into soft ground and anchors the flag without weights, sandbags, or tools.
