Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

5'W x 90"H EuroFit Banner — Hardware Only, Frame with Steel Base and Carry Case
The widest banner in the EuroFit range — five feet across and seven and a half feet tall, which puts it closer to a small backwall than a conventional banner stand. This listing is the hardware only: frame, weighted steel base, and carry case. Graphics are not included and are sold separately.
Ideal for exhibitors who already own graphics, teams standardizing on one frame across several artwork sets, and anyone replacing a damaged frame while keeping existing covers.
Five Feet Wide — Near Wall Impact
At 5' wide by 90" high this frame carries a graphic large enough to work as a feature display rather than a side accent, filling a booth corner or a lobby wall on its own.
The 90-inch height puts artwork at and above standing eye level, so the top of the graphic stays visible over a crowd from well down the aisle.
Weighted Steel Base
A graphic this large needs real ballast, and the included weighted steel base is sized to hold it steady and upright.
The low-profile base keeps the footprint tight while resisting the bumps and brushes that come with busy aisle traffic — important with five feet of tensioned fabric acting as a sail in any moving air.
Lightweight Aluminum, Tool-Free Assembly
The frame is lightweight aluminum that pushes together without tools, so one person can set it up or break it down in minutes despite its size.
A protective carry case is included so the frame and base travel and store together, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty.
Graphics Not Included
This is a hardware-only purchase. Order the matching 5'W x 90"H EuroFit tension fabric graphic separately in premium polyester or Superior Block-Out, and keep more than one cover on hand to change the display between events without touching the frame.
