Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

4'W x 90"H EuroFit Banner Hardware Only — Frame with Steel Base and Carry Case, Graphics Not Included
The widest banner frame in the EuroFit range at four feet across, supplied with a weighted steel base and protective carry case. Graphics are not included and are sold separately.
Ideal for standalone brand statements, event and conference entrances, sponsor walls, retail feature displays, lobby and atrium signage, and situations where one banner has to do the work of a backdrop.
Four Feet Wide Creates a Standalone Presence
At four feet by 90", this frame stops reading as a banner and starts reading as a display. It can carry a large photographic image, a full sponsor lineup, or a product grid at legible size.
That makes it a genuine alternative to a small backwall when you need presence without committing the floor space or budget of a full booth wall — and a pair of them flanking an entrance frames a space effectively.
Steel Base Anchors the Wider Panel
A weighted steel base is included, and at this width it is essential rather than optional — four feet of tensioned fabric presents a large surface to any air movement in the room.
The base holds the panel square and upright on carpet or hard floors through a full event day of passing traffic.
Still Light Despite the Size
The frame is lightweight aluminum tubing that assembles by hand without tools, so even the widest banner in the range stays a one-person setup. The weight lives in the base, where it belongs.
Graphics Not Included
