Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

3'W x 90"H EuroFit Banner Hardware Only — Frame with Steel Base and Carry Case, Graphics Not Included
A 3' x 90" EuroFit banner frame supplied with a weighted steel base and protective carry case. Graphics are not included and are sold separately — the middle width in the steel-base banner range and the most broadly useful of the three.
Ideal for trade show booths, conference and event entrances, sponsor recognition, retail displays, reception areas, career fairs, showrooms, and lobby signage.
Three Feet Holds More Visual Content
Three feet of width is enough to run a headline on a single line, place a wordmark at full size, or set two or three sponsor logos side by side without crowding.
Combined with 90" of height, the panel reads clearly from across an aisle rather than only to people already standing at your booth.
Weighted Steel Base Included
A steel base ships with the frame, anchoring the banner on any hard floor or carpet and resisting the accidental knocks that come with busy aisles and event traffic.
