Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

8'W x 8'H EuroFit Straight Wall Hardware Only — Frame and Carry Case, Graphics Not Included
An 8' x 8' EuroFit straight wall frame supplied as hardware only with a protective carry case. Graphics are not included and are sold separately — this is the structural half of a full backdrop wall, sized for compact booths.
Ideal for 8' booth spaces, media and interview backdrops, registration and reception walls, photo backdrops, retail feature walls, and studio or office installations.
Sized for Compact Booths
Eight by eight is the size that fits where a 10' wall will not — smaller inline booths, shared spaces, tighter venue allotments, and rooms with limited wall clearance.
The near-square proportion is also well suited to photo and interview backdrops, where a centred subject needs even coverage behind them rather than a wide panoramic span.
Rigid Aluminum Structure
The aluminum frame locks together into a rigid structure that holds a tensioned graphic flat and square — a wall this size needs real stiffness to avoid bowing across the middle.
Assembly is tool-free: the sections push together by hand, and the completed frame goes up in minutes with no loose hardware to misplace.
Graphics Not Included
This listing covers the frame and carry case only. Backdrop artwork tends to change with each campaign or season while the frame keeps working — so you can build a library of pillowcase graphics on a single set of hardware and swap them as needed.
Packs Down Into the Included Case
The frame breaks down into tube sections that fit the included protective carry case, so a full 8' wall still travels as manageable luggage. Hardware is covered by a one-year warranty.
