Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

3'W x 96"H EuroFit Banner Hardware Only — Frame and Carry Case, Graphics Not Included
The tallest frame in the EuroFit banner range at a full eight feet, supplied as hardware only with a protective carry case. Graphics are not included and are sold separately.
Ideal for busy trade show floors, high-ceilinged halls and atriums, conference entrances, wayfinding and sponsor towers, retail environments, and any venue where crowds block a shorter banner.
Eight Feet of Height Clears the Crowd
The practical problem with a 78" banner on a packed floor is that people stand in front of it. At 96" the upper third of the graphic sits above head height and stays visible across the room.
Design to that: put the logo and the single most important line in the top section, and treat the lower half as detail for people who have already walked over.
Right-Scaled for Tall Rooms
In convention halls, atriums, and hotel ballrooms with high ceilings, a shorter banner can look undersized against the architecture. The extra height gives the display proportion appropriate to the space — while the 3' width keeps the floor footprint modest.
Lightweight Aluminum, Tool-Free Assembly
Despite the height, the frame is lightweight aluminum tubing that assembles by hand with no tools and travels comfortably.
Setup and breakdown take minutes and require no technical skill, so any staff member can handle it.
Graphics Not Included
This listing covers the frame and carry case only. The frame is the long-term asset — order graphics separately now or later, and swap in new artwork as campaigns change without repurchasing hardware.
Protective Carry Case Included
A protective carry case is included to keep the longer tubing sections safe in transit and storage, and the hardware is backed by a one-year warranty.
