Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Expanding Exhibitor Display Hardware — Stand and Bag, Aluminum Base, Graphics Not Included
An adjustable exhibitor frame that expands to a full 10' booth width and collapses into an included carry bag. Graphics are not included and are sold separately — this is the reusable hardware, built for exhibitors who change artwork more often than they change frames.
Ideal for trade shows, conferences, career fairs, retail and showroom displays, lobbies, sponsor walls, and any exhibitor working different booth sizes across a season.
Adjustable Width and Height
The frame adjusts from 70" to 130" wide and from 38" to 98" high, so a single stand covers everything from a tabletop-height display to a full 10' inline backdrop.
That range is the point of this hardware: booth dimensions and venue restrictions vary from show to show, and an expanding frame adapts instead of forcing you to own several fixed-size stands.
Aluminum Base for Full-Size Backdrops
The aluminum base adds the stability a full 10' wide graphic needs, keeping the display upright and square in busy aisles.
Aluminum construction keeps the whole assembly light enough for one or two people to carry and set up, despite the size it opens to.
Graphics Not Included
This listing covers the hardware, stand, and bag only. Buying the frame once and rotating graphics through it is significantly less expensive than replacing a complete display each time your messaging, branding, or sponsor lineup changes.
Collapses Into the Included Carry Bag
The frame folds down into a padded carry bag that is included with the stand, so a display that opens to ten feet still travels as a single manageable piece of luggage.
