For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below. You can also upload artwork or request a virtual sample directly through our online forms.

Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.

FIEL provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 1-Year Product Hardware Warranty.

The standard warranty is a one-year parts and labor warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.

Premium Retractable Banner Hardware — Stand and Bag, Aluminum Base, Graphics Not Included
The premium retractable banner stand on its own, with a substantial aluminum base and a padded carry bag. Graphics are not included and are sold separately — this is the reusable half of the system, for teams that rotate artwork or already have a graphic ready.
Ideal for trade shows, conferences, lobbies and reception areas, retail displays, showrooms, career fairs, seminars, and any location that needs a professional roll-up sign in seconds.
Retractable Cassette Protects Your Graphic
The cassette rolls the graphic into the base between events, shielding it from dust, scuffs, and creases.
Premium Aluminum Base
The premium aluminum base is heavier and wider than an economy stand, which keeps the banner standing straight and stable in high-traffic aisles and doorways.

Graphics Not Included
