Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Premium Retractable Pull Up Banner — 33.5" x 79", Block Out Fabric
A new 33.5" x 79" sublimated banner printed on superior block-out fabric, single sided, for our retractable pull up stand. The base and bag are not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a banner that has picked up damage in transit.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and recurring events where the message changes but the hardware does not. No setup charge applies.
Block-Out Layer, Zero Light-Through
An opaque backing layer stops light passing through the banner, so nothing behind the stand shows through the artwork — no shadows, no bright patches, whatever the venue lighting does.
Retractables are frequently set against windows and lit backdrops, which is exactly the situation a standard banner handles worst and this one handles well.
Vivid, High-Impact Sublimated Print
Because the light stops at the backing layer, colour sits on top of an opaque base rather than being diluted by light coming through it. Dark tones read solid and a black background stays properly black.
The ink is sublimated into the fibres rather than printed onto vinyl, so the surface reads matte under spotlights and has nothing on it to crack or peel.
Renews the Base You Already Own
The base, cassette, and pole are the parts that last; the graphic is the part that dates. A new banner gives you a visually new display for a fraction of a complete unit.
Hold two or three banners for one base and the same hardware covers a trade show, a recruitment day, and a seasonal promotion.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB583 Stand
These graphics are finished to fit the cassette and rail of our block-out retractable banner, BB583. They are not a universal banner — confirm your stand model before ordering.
