Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner — 40" x 96", Block Out Fabric, Single Sided
A new 40" x 96" silicone edge graphic printed on superior block-out fabric, single sided. The frame is not included — order it to rebrand a stand you already own, or to replace a panel that has been marked up on the road.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and keynotes, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and bright or window-lit halls where a standard fabric panel would wash out. No setup charge applies.
Zero Light-Through on a Ninety-Six-Inch Panel
An opaque backing layer stops light passing through the fabric, so nothing behind the stand reads as a shadow and dark tones stay solid rather than translucent.
The taller the panel, the more surface there is for a stray hall light or a window to expose — which is why block-out is worth specifying at this size in particular.
Silicone Edge Binding, Installed by Hand
The silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge presses into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush printed face.
No tools are needed, so a panel can be changed on site between sessions rather than sent away.
Wrinkle-Free, Freshly Printed Finish
Dye sublimation bonds ink into the fibres, so colour stays saturated and nothing on the surface can crack or peel.
The fabric tensions taut across the full height, so folding creases relax out and the panel reads smooth from base to top.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB804 Frame
These graphics are cut for our 40" x 96" block-out SEG banner stand, BB804. They are not a universal panel — confirm your frame model before ordering. Replacing the graphic costs a fraction of a complete new stand.
