Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 15' Straight Wall — Block Out Fabric, With Wrap End Caps
A new single-sided graphic for our 15' straight tension fabric wall, printed on superior block-out fabric with wrap end caps and velcro backing. Approximately 180" wide by 90" high. The frame is not included.
Ideal for corner and aisle-end trade show booths, conference and keynote backdrops, media and press walls, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobbies, and campus events. No setup charge applies.
Wrap End Caps Finish the Sides
The end caps carry printed fabric around the return edges of the frame, so the wall is finished on the sides rather than showing bare aluminum and the raw back of the panel.
That matters whenever the wall is approached at an angle — a corner booth, an aisle end, a room where visitors walk past the edge before they reach the front. From those angles the caps are the difference between a finished installation and an exposed frame.
Zero Light-Through Keeps Colour Rich
The block-out construction stops light passing through the fabric, so nothing behind the wall reads as a shadow and dark tones stay solid instead of going translucent.
A black or deep-coloured background stays properly black under raking hall lights — the usual failure point of a standard display fabric.
Velcro Backing Speeds Installation
Velcro sewn to the back of the graphic mates with the frame, so the panel and its caps press on by hand and peel off the same way — no clips, channels, or tools.
Two people can change the face of a fifteen-foot wall in minutes, which is what makes holding a second graphic for the same frame worthwhile.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB796-10 Wall
These graphics are made for our 15' straight wall frame with wrap end caps, BB796-10. They are not a universal panel — confirm your frame model before ordering, and note that the no-end-cap version is a separate item.
