Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 20'W x 8'H EuroFit Wall — Block Out Fabric, Double Sided, No Setup Charge
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 20' EuroFit tension fabric wall, printed on superior block-out fabric. The frame is not included — order this to rebrand a wall you already own, or to retire a cover that has been marked up over a season of shows.
Ideal for large trade show back walls, keynote and general session backdrops, media and step-and-repeat walls, exhibition halls, retail and mall installations, showrooms, and campus events. No setup charge applies.
No Light Bleed Across Twenty Feet
The dense block-out construction stops light passing through the panel, so neither printed face bleeds into the other and nothing behind the wall reads as a shadow through the artwork.
Across a twenty-foot span there is simply more surface for a bright hall or a window to expose — so the opacity is more visible here than on any smaller size.
7.9oz Warp-Knitted Polyester
Produced in a 7.9oz 100% warp-knitted polyester — heavier and denser than standard display fabric, which is what gives both the opacity and the substantial hand.
The knit still stretches evenly across the full width, so the face pulls smooth end to end and packing creases relax out rather than staying as hard lines.
Different Graphics on Each Side
Both faces print, and they do not have to match. Put the public message outward and staff information, a sponsor wall, or a product board on the inward face.
A twenty-foot wall is often positioned as a room divider rather than a backdrop, which is exactly when the second face stops being decoration and starts being useful.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB795 Wall
These graphics are cut for our 20'W x 8'H EuroFit tension fabric wall, BB795. The frame, hardware, and case were the durable part of that purchase; the printed cover is the part that dates. Replacing only the cover costs a fraction of a new wall.
