Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 15'W x 8'H EuroFit Wall — Block Out Fabric, Double Sided, No Setup Charge
A new double-sided slip-on cover for our 15' EuroFit tension fabric wall, printed on superior block-out fabric. The frame is not included — this is the order for a rebrand, a new campaign, or a cover that has been marked up on the road.
Ideal for trade show back walls, conference and keynote backdrops, media and step-and-repeat walls, retail and mall displays, showrooms, lobbies, and recruitment or campus events. No setup charge applies.
Zero Light-Through, Both Faces Opaque
This is the block-out version of the cover. A dense opaque construction stops light passing through the fabric, so the artwork on one face never ghosts into the other and nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow.
On a double-sided wall that property is doing real work: without it, a bright hall or a window behind your booth turns the reverse print into a faint image on the front.
7.9oz Warp-Knitted Polyester
The cover is produced in a 7.9oz 100% warp-knitted polyester — a heavier, denser knit than a standard display fabric, which is what delivers the opacity and gives the panel a substantial hand.
It still stretches evenly over the frame, so the face pulls smooth and folding creases relax out rather than staying in as hard lines.
Pillowcase Cover, No Tools
The graphic slips over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed at the base, covering both faces and the top in one piece.
Changing it is a two-person, few-minute job with nothing to unclip or unscrew — which is what makes holding several covers for one frame practical.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB794 Wall
These graphics are cut for our 15'W x 8'H EuroFit tension fabric wall, BB794. They are not a universal cover — the fit is specific to that frame, which is what produces the tensioned, wrinkle-free finish. Replacing the cover alone costs a fraction of a complete new wall.
