Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — 40" x 96", Superior Block Out Fabric, Bag Included
A complete SEG banner stand in the taller size: lightweight aluminum frame, a 40" x 96" dye-sublimated silicone edge graphic printed on superior block-out fabric, and a carry bag. Ready to assemble by hand, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and keynotes, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, recruitment fairs, and busy or brightly lit halls where the display has to read over a crowd.
Zero Light-Through, Even in Bright Halls
An opaque black backing layer stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the stand shows as a shadow or a hot patch in the artwork — whatever the venue lighting is doing.
Dark tones also stay solid rather than translucent, so a black or deep-coloured background reads properly black instead of washing to grey.
Eight Feet of Visible Area
At 96 inches the top third of the panel sits above standing head height, which is the part of a display that still reads from across a crowded hall.
The extra height comes at the same slim floor footprint as the shorter stand, so the extra visibility costs you nothing in booth space.
Silicone Edge Graphics Hide All Hardware
The silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge presses into the channel around the frame, concealing every edge and fixing behind a flush, frameless printed face.
The fabric tensions taut in the frame, so creases from folding relax out and the panel reads smooth over its full height.
Lightweight Frame, Bag Included
The aluminum frame assembles by hand with no tools and packs into the included bag, so one person can manage setup, transport, and teardown.
Replacement graphics are available separately, so the frame can carry a new campaign each season rather than being replaced.
