Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Frontlit SEG Fabric Banner Stand — 40" x 80", Superior Block Out Fabric, Bag Included
A complete SEG banner stand: lightweight aluminum frame, a 40" x 80" dye-sublimated silicone edge graphic printed on superior block-out fabric, and a carry bag. It arrives ready to assemble by hand, with no setup charge.
Ideal for trade show booths, conferences and seminars, retail promotions, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, recruitment fairs, and bright halls or window-lit spaces where an ordinary fabric print would wash out.
Block-Out Fabric, Zero Light-Through
This is the upgrade that distinguishes this stand. An opaque black backing layer stops light passing through the panel entirely, so nothing behind the display shows as a shadow or a bright patch through the artwork.
It is worth specifying wherever you cannot control the lighting — a hall with windows behind your booth, a spotlight raking across a panel, or a stand positioned in front of a lit backdrop.
Colours Stay Deep and True
Blocking the light also holds the colour. Dark tones read as solid rather than translucent, and a black or deep-coloured background stays properly black instead of going grey when light passes behind it.
That is the difference between a display that looks printed and one that looks lit from behind by accident.
Frameless SEG Finish
A silicone strip sewn into the graphic edge presses into the channel around the frame, hiding all hardware and graphic edges behind a flush printed face.
The result reads as a clean panel of artwork rather than a banner clipped to a pole — and because the fabric tensions taut, folding creases relax out as it goes on.
Tool-Free Frame, Carry Bag Included
The aluminum frame assembles by hand with no tools, so one person can have the stand up in minutes and packed down just as quickly at the end of a show.
A carry bag is included, and replacement graphics are available separately — so the frame can carry a new message each season without being replaced.
