Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

15'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Kit — Double-Sided Graphics, Superior Block-Out Fabric
Fifteen feet of double-sided branding built on our most opaque fabric. This EuroFit straight wall pairs a lightweight aluminum frame with a full-colour pillowcase graphic printed on Superior Block-Out material, so both faces stay vivid and neither one bleeds through the other.
Ideal for trade show backdrops, media walls, press conferences, interviews, photo backdrops, corporate events, receptions, retail environments, offices, and outdoor or sun-filled spaces.
Superior Block-Out Fabric
The graphic is printed on Superior Block-Out fabric with a black backing that completely prevents light from passing through the material.
That opaque core is what makes true double-sided printing work: the artwork on one face cannot ghost through and interfere with the other, so both sides stay clean and high-contrast.
It also holds up where standard fabric struggles — bright sunny rooms, positions beside windows, strong overhead or stage lighting, and outdoor use.
Full-Colour, Double-Sided Graphics
The pillowcase cover slips over the frame and zips closed, presenting an edge-to-edge printed surface on both the front and back with no exposed hardware.
Run different artwork on each face — step-and-repeat on one side, photography, sponsor logos, or product messaging on the other. Logos, patterns, and full-bleed colour fields are all supported.
Lightweight Aluminum Frame
The 15' wide x 8' high aluminum frame assembles without tools and goes from case to finished wall in minutes, then breaks down just as fast.
A padded carry case is included so the frame and graphic travel and store safely, and the graphic is flame retardant for indoor venue compliance.
Built for Events
