Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10' Straight Wall with Wrap End Caps — Superior Block-Out Fabric
A 10-foot replacement graphic that wraps around the sides of your existing frame for complete, finished coverage. Graphics only — no hardware included — so your current display gets an entirely new look without the cost of new hardware.
Ideal for rebranding an existing booth, refreshing messaging between shows, replacing a worn graphic, or adding a second artwork set for a frame that travels all year.
Wrap End Caps for Complete Coverage
The graphic wraps around the frame sides rather than stopping at the front face, concealing the hardware and giving the wall a seamless finished look from every angle.
Those wrapped returns double as branding space — a logo, tagline, or hashtag on the end caps reaches aisle traffic approaching from the side.
Graphics Only — No Hardware Included
You receive the single-sided printed fabric cover, approximately 120" wide x 90" high, sized to fit the 10' straight wall pop-up frame. No frame or hardware is included.
Replacing only the skin extends the working life of hardware you have already paid for, and lets one frame support several artwork sets.
Black Velcro Backing
Black hook-and-loop backing attaches the graphic cleanly to your existing frame with no tools and no visible fasteners from the front.

Superior Block-Out Fabric
The cover is printed on Superior Block-Out fabric with a black backing that completely prevents light from passing through the material.
Your colours stay opaque and high-contrast in bright rooms, beside windows, and under strong booth lighting. The fabric is flame retardant for indoor venue compliance and stretches smooth and wrinkle-free over the frame.
Full-Colour Dye Sublimation
Artwork is dye-sublimated edge to edge across the face and wrapped sides, producing rich, fade-resistant colour that will not crack or peel with repeated setups. Photographic imagery, step-and-repeat patterns, logos, sponsor panels, and product messaging are all supported, and there is no setup charge on this graphic.
