Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 7.5' Straight Wall — Velcro Back, Superior Block-Out Fabric
New artwork for hardware you already own. This is a replacement graphic cover only for the 7.5' straight wall pop-up display — no frame or hardware is included — so you can refresh your booth for a new campaign, season, or sponsor at a fraction of the cost of a complete kit.
Ideal for teams rebranding, updating messaging between shows, replacing a damaged or dated graphic, or building a second artwork set for a frame that travels year-round.
Graphics Only — No Hardware Included
You receive the printed fabric cover sized at approximately 90" x 90" to fit the 7.5' straight wall pop-up frame.
Keeping the frame and swapping only the skin is the most economical way to stay current — and it lets you carry multiple graphic sets for different events on a single set of hardware.
Velcro-Back Attachment
The graphic has hook-and-loop backing that attaches directly to your existing pop-up frame — no tools, no clips, and no hardware modifications required.
Changeovers take minutes, so you can run different artwork at different events using the same frame.
Superior Block-Out Fabric
The cover is printed on Superior Block-Out fabric with a black backing that completely prevents light from passing through the material.
Colours stay deep and opaque in bright, sunny rooms, beside windows, and under strong booth or stage lighting — conditions where standard fabric washes out or glows through. The fabric is also flame retardant for indoor venue compliance, and the tension construction pulls taut and smooth on the frame.
Full-Colour Dye Sublimation
Your artwork is dye-sublimated edge to edge for vibrant, high-resolution colour that will not crack, peel, or flake with repeated setups.
Print photographic imagery, step-and-repeat patterns, full-colour logos, sponsor panels, or product messaging. There is no setup charge on this graphic. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
