Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 7.5' Straight Wall with Wrap End Caps — Superior Block-Out Fabric
A replacement graphic cover for the 7.5' straight wall pop-up display, upgraded with wrap end caps so the artwork continues around both sides of the frame. Graphics only — no hardware included — giving your existing frame a completely refreshed, fully finished look.
Ideal for rebranding an existing display, updating messaging between shows, replacing a worn or dated graphic, or adding a second artwork set for a frame in constant rotation.
Wrap End Caps Cover the Frame Sides
Unlike a front-face-only cover, this graphic wraps around the exposed sides of the wall, hiding the frame and producing a seamless three-sided appearance.
The wrapped returns also give you extra branding surface — a logo, tagline, or hashtag on the end caps is visible to attendees moving down the aisle before they face the wall directly.
Graphics Only — No Hardware Included
You receive the printed fabric cover sized at approximately 90" x 90" to fit the 7.5' straight wall pop-up frame. No frame or hardware is included.
The cover swaps onto your existing frame tool-free, so changeovers take minutes and one set of hardware can support several artwork sets across different events.
Superior Block-Out Fabric
The graphic is printed on Superior Block-Out fabric with a black backing that completely prevents light from passing through the material, delivering opaque, high-contrast colour.
That makes it the right choice for bright, sunny rooms, window-side positions, and strongly lit booths or stages. The fabric is flame retardant for indoor venue compliance and pulls taut and wrinkle-free over the frame.
Full-Colour Dye Sublimation
Artwork is dye-sublimated edge to edge across the front face and around the wrapped sides for vibrant colour that will not crack, peel, or flake with repeated setups.
Photographic imagery, step-and-repeat patterns, full-colour logos, sponsor panels, and product messaging are all supported. There is no setup charge on this graphic. See the Art Template for exact artwork specifications.
