Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Straight Wall Full Height Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit — 120"W x 90"H, Superior Block Out Fabric
A complete full-width pop-up wall in our block-out fabric: 120" wide by 90" high, no-tool aluminum frame, a full-colour edge-to-edge graphic, and a carry case. No setup charge, and the graphic is replaceable later.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, press and photo walls, retail floors, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs.
Fills the Standard Booth
At 120" wide the wall covers the full back edge of a standard 10' booth, so no venue drape, pipe, or neighbouring stand shows at the sides of your space.
Ninety inches of height keeps the graphic above head level, so the top of the wall still reads from across a crowded hall.
Zero Light-Through Across the Span
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall reads as a shadow or a hot patch, and deep brand tones stay solid rather than translucent.
Over ten feet that consistency is the whole point — light bleed would appear as an uneven patch in the middle of your largest branded surface.
Hangs Wrinkle-Free
The dye-sublimated premium fabric tensions taut over the frame, so the face reads smooth from edge to edge with no ripple or sag across the width.
Creases from folding relax out under that tension, so a ten-foot wall still travels folded in a case and arrives looking flat.
No-Tool Assembly
The aluminum frame pops up and assembles by hand in minutes, well within reach of any staff member on the stand.
Printing runs edge to edge with no border, and sublimation leaves nothing on the surface to crack or peel with repeated packing.
Replaceable Graphics
Replacement panels are available separately, so the frame and case keep earning while the artwork changes. A 7.5' width is available for tighter booths, and wrap end cap versions where the sides of the wall are visible.
