Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

7.5' Straight Wall Full Height Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display — Superior Block Out Fabric
A complete pop-up wall in our block-out fabric, 90" wide by 90" high with a 12" depth: no-tool aluminum frame, a full-colour edge-to-edge graphic, and a carry case. No setup charge, and the graphic is replaceable later.
Ideal for compact trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, retail floors, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, recruitment fairs, and interview or photo positions in tight spaces.
Full Height on a Compact Footprint
At 90" square the wall gives you full backdrop height without the width of a ten-foot unit, so it fits a corner, an alcove, or a booth already crowded with furniture.
The 12" depth gives the frame a stable stance rather than a flat panel that needs bracing against something.
Zero Light-Through
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall reads as a shadow, a bright patch, or the outline of the frame.
Deep brand tones also stay solid rather than translucent, which is the difference between a display that looks printed and one that looks accidentally backlit.
Dye-Sublimated, Edge to Edge
Printing runs to the edges with no border, and sublimation bonds the ink into the fibres so the face reads matte under hall lighting rather than flaring.
Nothing sits on the surface to crack or peel, and the premium fabric tensions taut so folding creases relax out as it goes on.
No-Tool Aluminum Frame
The aluminum frame pops up and assembles by hand in minutes, so any staff member can set it up rather than only the person who did it last time.
It packs into the included case for transport and storage between shows.
Replaceable Graphics Extend the Hardware
Replacement panels are available separately, so the frame keeps earning while the artwork changes each season. A wrap end cap version is available if the sides of your wall are visible, and a 10' width for larger booths.
