Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

7.5' Straight Wall Tension Fabric Pop-Up Display Kit with Wrap End Caps — Superior Block Out Fabric
The wrapped version of our compact pop-up wall in block-out fabric: 90" wide by 90" high with a 12" depth, no-tool aluminum frame, full-colour graphic that continues around the end caps, and a carry case. No setup charge.
Ideal for corner and aisle-end trade show booths, island layouts, conference and event backdrops, retail floors, showrooms, lobby displays, and any position where visitors see the sides of your wall.
Wrap End Caps Finish the Sides
The fabric continues around the end caps instead of stopping at the frame edge, so the wall reads as a finished three-sided volume rather than a flat panel with hardware showing at the sides.
On a corner or aisle-end stand that is the detail that separates a professionally built display from a backdrop propped in a booth.
Zero Light-Through Keeps Colour Rich
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow or a bright patch, and dark brand tones stay solid rather than translucent.
It matters on the wrapped version in particular: the returns at the sides are the parts most likely to catch light from an angle.
Full Height, Compact Width
At 90" square you keep full backdrop height on a footprint that fits a corner or a crowded booth, with a 12" depth giving the frame a stable stance.
Edge-to-edge dye sublimation means no white borders anywhere, including the wrapped sides.
Pops Up Without Tools
The aluminum frame assembles by hand in minutes and packs into the included case, so setup and teardown are within reach of any staff member.
The premium fabric tensions taut, so creases from folding relax out without steaming.
Replaceable Graphics Keep It Current
Replacement wrap-style panels are available separately, so the frame carries new artwork each season. Note that wrap and flat-face panels are not interchangeable — order the style your frame takes.
