Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10'W x 8'H EuroFit Wall — Block Out Fabric, Double Sided Slip-On Cover
A new double-sided slip-on cover in our block-out fabric for the 10' x 8' EuroFit wall, printed full colour on both faces. Hardware and case are not included — order it to renew the full-width booth wall you already own.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, room dividers, retail floors, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs. No setup charge applies.
Refreshes the Full Booth Width
A 10' wall covers the entire back edge of a standard booth, which makes it the largest and most visible surface you own — and the one where dated artwork is most obvious.
The frame and case carry on unchanged; a new cover brings the whole display back to current for a fraction of a complete kit.
Two Layouts From One Wall
Both faces are genuinely opaque, so each can carry different artwork with no ghosting — brand outward, product or sponsor detail inward.
Order two designs on one cover and you can serve two layouts, or two events, by turning the wall around.
Zero Light-Through Across Ten Feet
The opaque backing stops light passing through, so nothing behind the wall reads as a shadow or a bright patch and dark tones stay solid.
On a span this wide, consistency is what sells it — light bleed would show as an uneven patch in the middle of the largest thing on your stand.
Slips On Without Tools
The cover pulls over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, tensioning the fabric flat across both faces. Folding creases relax out under that tension, so it travels folded and arrives smooth.
Purpose-Fitted to the 10' EuroFit Frame
This cover is cut and sewn for our 10' x 8' EuroFit straight wall. It is not a universal cover — confirm your frame width and height before ordering, as the 8' cover is cut differently.
