Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 8'W x 8'H Media Wall — Block Out Fabric, Single Sided, Pole Pocket
A new 8' x 8' single-sided panel in our block-out fabric, finished with pole pockets top and bottom for our expanding media wall hardware. Frame and carry bag are not included — order it to refresh a media wall you already own.
Ideal for press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat photo backdrops, trade show booths, product launches, conference stages, award evenings, and interview positions. No setup charge applies.
Zero Light-Through, Which Cameras Notice
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall registers as a shadow, a bright patch, or the outline of the frame.
On a backdrop that appears in every photograph filed from an event, that is the specification that matters most — light bleed is invisible to the eye on site and obvious in the images.
Pole Pockets Slide Straight On
Sewn pockets along the top and bottom edges slide onto the existing frame bars, then tension the panel taut between them — no clips, no tools, no ladder.
Changeover takes minutes, so a fresh graphic can go on the morning of a show rather than needing a workshop visit.
Refreshes the Wall Without a New Frame
The telescopic hardware and case are the durable, expensive half of a media wall. The printed panel is the half that dates or picks up damage.
Replacing only the graphic restores the display for a fraction of a complete kit, and lets you hold separate panels for different campaigns or sponsors.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB729 Media Wall
This panel is made for our 8' block-out media wall, BB729. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your hardware model and width before ordering, since 5' and 10' panels are cut differently.
