Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 10'W x 8'H Media Wall — Block Out Fabric, Single Sided, Pole Pocket
A new 10' x 8' single-sided panel in our block-out fabric, with pole pockets top and bottom for our full-width expanding media wall. Frame and carry bag are not included.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat photo backdrops, conference stages, product launches, award evenings, and group photo positions. No setup charge applies.
Restores Your Largest Branded Surface
A ten-foot wall is the biggest printed surface most exhibitors own, and the panel is the only part of it that dates.
Replacing just the graphic brings the whole display back to like-new for a fraction of a complete kit, and lets you keep separate panels for different shows or sponsors.
Zero Light-Through Across the Full Span
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow or a hot patch, and dark brand tones stay solid rather than translucent.
Over ten feet any light bleed reads as an uneven patch right in the middle of the shot — which is exactly where the cameras are pointed.
Pole Pockets, No Tools
Sewn pockets along the top and bottom edges slide onto the frame bars and tension the panel between them.
One person can change a ten-foot graphic in minutes with no clips, tools, or ladder — and folding creases relax out under the tension.
Purpose-Fitted to the BB729-30 Media Wall
This panel is made for our 10' block-out media wall, BB729-30. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your hardware model and width before ordering, since the 5' and 8' panels are cut differently.
