Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Graphics for 5'W x 8'H Media Wall — Block Out Fabric, Single Sided, Pole Pocket
A new 5' x 8' single-sided panel in our block-out fabric, with pole pockets top and bottom for our narrow expanding media wall. Frame and carry bag are not included.
Ideal for single-person interview backdrops, small booth spaces, podium and lectern backing, retail corners, clinic and office receptions, showrooms, and pop-up shops. No setup charge applies.
Renews a Narrow Wall Cheaply
The frame carries on; the printed panel is what dates, fades, or picks up a mark in transit.
A new graphic restores the display for a fraction of a complete kit — and on the compact size, holding two or three panels for one frame is genuinely cheap.
Fully Opaque in Tight Spaces
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow or a bright patch.
That matters more on a small wall than a large one, because a narrow backdrop usually ends up close to a window, a lit corridor, or a work light with nowhere else to go.
Pole Pockets Hang It Taut
Sewn pockets top and bottom slide onto the frame bars and tension the fabric between them, so the face hangs flat with no clips or tools.
Folding creases relax out under tension, so the panel travels folded and still looks smooth on the stand.

This panel is made for our 5' block-out media wall, BB729-20. It is not a universal graphic — confirm your hardware model and width before ordering.
