Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

8'W x 8'H EuroFit Tension Fabric Straight Wall Kit — Superior Block Out Fabric, Double Sided
A complete 8' x 8' EuroFit wall in our block-out fabric: lightweight aluminum frame, a double-sided printed slip-on cover, and a padded carry case. Both faces print full colour, and the opaque backing means neither one bleeds into the other.
Ideal for compact trade show booths, conference and event backdrops, room dividers, retail floors, showrooms, lobby and reception displays, product launches, and recruitment fairs.
Zero Light-Through, Both Faces
On any double-sided display the risk is one side ghosting through to the other. The block-out layer between the faces removes that entirely — each side reads as though it were the only print on the wall.
It also stops the venue behind the wall showing through: no shadows, no bright patches, no outline of the frame.
Two Faces, Two Purposes
Because both sides are genuinely opaque, they can carry completely different artwork — brand and offer to the aisle, a media wall or product detail facing into the stand.
That is what lets an 8' wall work as a room divider in an open space rather than only as a backdrop against a booth edge.
Anchors a Compact Booth
Eight feet by eight feet fills the back edge of a small stand and gives you a proper branded surface to work in front of.
At that size it defines the space without dominating it — useful in a shared hall where a ten-foot wall would crowd your neighbours.
Pillowcase Fit, Tensioned Flat
The cover slips over the assembled frame like a pillowcase and zips closed, pulling the fabric taut across both faces with no clips, tools, or ladder.
Folding creases relax out under that tension, so the wall travels folded in its case and arrives looking flat.
Lightweight Frame, Padded Case Included
The aluminum frame assembles by hand in minutes and packs into the included padded case. Replacement covers are available separately, so the frame carries new artwork each season rather than being replaced. A 10' version is available where the booth allows.
