Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

8' Exhibitor Expanding Display Kit — Media Wall and Backdrop, Superior Block Out Fabric
A complete 8' x 8' media wall in our block-out fabric: adjustable telescopic pole hardware, a heat and corrosion resistant aluminum frame, a full-colour printed graphic, and a soft case with carry bag. No setup charge, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty.
Ideal for press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat photo backdrops, trade show booths, product launches, conference stages, award evenings, and interview positions where the backdrop is in every photograph.
Zero Light-Through Keeps Graphics Opaque
An opaque black backing layer stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows through as a shadow, a bright patch, or the outline of the frame itself.
On a media wall this is the whole game. Backdrops get lit hard from the front and often have windows or work lights behind them, and any light-through will be visible in every frame the photographers file.
Dark Tones Stay Deep on Camera
Blocking the light also holds the colour. Deep brand tones read solid rather than translucent, and a dark background stays dark under a photographer's flash instead of going flat and grey.
Combined with the matte finish of sublimated fabric, the wall photographs evenly with no hotspots or reflected glare.
Eight Feet Frames the Shot
Eight feet by eight feet is enough coverage to fill the frame behind one or two people standing at a podium or being interviewed.
That is what stops a photograph capturing the venue wall, a fire exit, or somebody's catering trolley alongside your logo.
Telescopic Hardware Adapts to the Room
The pole hardware is adjustable, so the same kit sets to different heights and widths as the venue requires rather than being fixed to one configuration.
The aluminum frame is heat and corrosion resistant, which matters for hardware that gets set up in a different room every few weeks and packed away in whatever state the day left it.
Soft Case and Carry Bag Included
A soft case and carry bag are included, so frame and graphic travel together and one person can manage the load-in. Wider 10' and narrower 5' versions are available for larger and tighter positions.
