Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

10' Exhibitor Expanding Display Kit — Wall and Backdrop, Superior Block Out Fabric
A complete 10' x 8' media wall in our block-out fabric: adjustable telescopic pole hardware, a heat and corrosion resistant aluminum frame, a full-colour printed graphic, and a soft case with carry bag. No setup charge, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty.
Ideal for standard 10' trade show booths, press conferences and media walls, step-and-repeat photo backdrops, conference stages, product launches, award evenings, and group photo positions.
Ten Feet Fills the Standard Booth
Ten feet is the standard trade show booth width, so this wall covers your whole back edge — no venue drape, pipe, or neighbouring stand visible at the sides of your space.
It is also wide enough to hold a group in frame for a photo, where an eight-foot wall starts to run out at the edges.
Zero Light-Through Keeps Colours Deep
An opaque black backing layer stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall shows as a shadow or a hot patch and dark brand tones stay solid rather than translucent.
Across a ten-foot span that consistency is very visible — any light bleed reads as an uneven patch in the middle of your largest branded surface.
Built to Photograph
The matte sublimated surface returns no glare or hotspots under hall lighting or a photographer's flash, and colour holds evenly from edge to edge.
