Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

5' Exhibitor Expanding Display Kit — Media Wall and Backdrop, Superior Block Out Fabric
A complete 5' x 8' media wall in our block-out fabric: adjustable telescopic pole hardware, a heat and corrosion resistant aluminum frame, a full-colour printed graphic, and a soft case with carry bag. No setup charge, and the hardware carries a one-year warranty.
Ideal for single-person interview backdrops, small booth spaces, podium and lectern backing, retail corners, clinic and office receptions, showrooms, pop-up shops, and venues where floor space is genuinely tight.
Five Feet Fits Where Others Cannot
At five feet wide the wall still stands eight feet tall, so you keep full backdrop height on a footprint that fits a corner, an alcove, or a 10' booth already crowded with furniture.
It is the right width for a single person on camera — an interview, a spokesperson, a lectern — where a ten-foot wall would be mostly wasted.
Block-Out Fabric Prevents Light Bleed
An opaque black backing stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the wall registers as a shadow, a bright patch, or the outline of the frame.
That matters more in a small space, where the wall is often set close to a window, a lit corridor, or a work light with nowhere else to put it.
Photographs Cleanly
Dark tones stay solid rather than translucent under a flash, and the matte sublimated surface returns no glare or hotspots.
A backdrop that behaves predictably on camera is worth paying for when every photo from the event carries it.
Adjustable Telescopic Hardware
The telescopic poles adjust to suit different rooms rather than locking you to one configuration, which is useful for a kit that moves between varied small spaces.
