Submit your production artwork for an existing order using our online upload form. You can upload files directly or provide a file-sharing link for larger artwork files. Please include your company name and purchase order number so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Large Artwork Files
If your artwork files are too large to upload directly, you can share them using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or another file-sharing service.

90-Day Product Hardware Warranty
FIEL provides a 90-day warranty on eligible product hardware against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products whose individual product page specifically links to or identifies the 90-Day Product Hardware Warranty.

Eligible product hardware is covered for 90 days against defects in material and workmanship.
Because warranty coverage varies by product, this warranty applies only when the individual product page specifically identifies the 90-Day Product Hardware Warranty.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship affecting eligible product hardware during the 90-day warranty period.
Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Improper use or handling
- Normal wear and tear

7.5' X-Small Double-Sided teardrop Flag Kit
Capture attention indoors or outdoors with a compact 7.5' teardrop flag designed to showcase your message from both directions. Its tall, curved profile creates excellent visibility while taking up very little floor or ground space.
Ideal for storefronts, grand openings, sales events, trade shows, open houses, pop-up shops, sporting events, festivals, and other high-traffic locations.
Full-Color Graphics on Both Sides
Your artwork is dye-sublimated in full color onto premium 110 gsm mesh polyester, with true two-sided graphics and a grey blocker between the sides so nothing shows through backward.
The maximum imprint area is approximately 27.1" x 58" per side — plenty of room for logos, sale messaging, directions, and photography.
Durable Composite Pole System
