Our largest mink flannel fleece blanket, 60" x 80" and printed full colour edge to edge across both sides, front and back. At queen bed coverage, this is a blanket rather than a throw — the size that ends up on a bed or across a sofa rather than folded in a cupboard.

Because the ink is sublimated into the fibres, the printed face stays as soft as the back — there is no stiff panel where the artwork sits, which is what happens with a screen-printed blanket.

Double Stitched Retail Hem

The edges are double stitched and hemmed to a retail standard, so the blanket holds its shape through washing and looks like merchandise someone bought rather than swag they were handed. Also available as a team blanket in the same size for clubs and fan programmes.

How large is it?

What is mink flannel fleece like to handle?


It is dense and deep-piled, and both faces carry the same ultra plush surface — so the unprinted reverse feels every bit as good as the printed side. It is the fabric people describe as luxurious without prompting, and it holds that hand-feel through washing rather than flattening off after a season.


Is the whole blanket printed, and do extra colours cost more?


Sublimation covers the full face with no white margin, so photography, gradients, patterns, and full-bleed designs work as well as a centred logo — and there are no colour change charges, however many colours the artwork uses. The ink bonds into the fibres rather than sitting on the surface, so the printed area stays as soft as the rest of the blanket, with no stiff patch and nothing to crack or peel. It is printed on both sides. You can also have different artwork on each side.


How is it finished, and will the hem survive washing?


The hem is turned and double stitched, which stops the edge unravelling through repeated washing and gives the blanket the finished look of something bought rather than branded.
