Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Sublimated Table Cloth for 6' Table — Drape Style, 4-Sided, Closed Back, Laser-Cut Finish
A full drape table cloth cut for a standard 6' table, printed full colour across the entire cloth and closed at the back so all four sides are covered. It goes on over the table and is ready — nothing to clip, pin, or adjust.
This version features a laser-cut finish instead of our standard serged sewn edge. The fabric edges are precision cut and heat sealed to create a clean finished edge without stitching.
Clean Laser-Cut Finish — No Stitching
Instead of sewing around the perimeter of the cloth, the polyester is precision laser cut. The heat from the cutting process seals the edge of the fabric as it is cut.
The finished table cloth has a clean edge with no visible stitching or thread, while maintaining the same overall drape and appearance on the table.
The Closed Back Hides Everything
Four-sided coverage with a closed back means boxes, cases, cables, bags, and coats live under the table instead of behind it.
That is the practical difference between a tidy stand and a tidy-looking stand with a pile of stuff visible from the side aisle.
Fits the Table Every Venue Supplies
Six feet is the standard trade show and event table, so this is the size most exhibitors need most often.
A printed cloth turns a piece of borrowed venue furniture into the branded front of your stand — usually the cheapest square footage of branding you can buy.
Full Sublimation Across the Whole Cloth
Artwork prints across the entire cloth — top and all four drops — rather than a logo panel on the front only.
Ink is bonded into the fibres, so colours stay saturated through repeated washing, the fabric stays soft, and there is nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
Washable, Wrinkle Resistant, Fire Retardant
The 100% polyester is machine washable and wrinkle resistant, so it comes out of a bag ready to use and survives the spills that come with a working table.
It is fire retardant as many venues require, and light enough to pack several cloths without adding meaningful weight to the load.
