Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.

Replacement Flag for 13.5' Large Tear Drop Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 13.5' teardrop flag, sold on its own. Order it to put a new campaign on hardware you already own, or to retire a graphic that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for dealership forecourts, roadside and highway-facing locations, large lots, grand openings, festivals and fairgrounds, golf tournaments, sports complexes, hospitality venues, and campus events. Poles and base are not included.
A Large Curve Against the Sky
At 13.5 feet the teardrop presents a wide, sweeping panel of colour well above vehicles, crowds, and fencing — a large block of brand rather than a narrow strip.
The curved outline keeps a statement that size from feeling aggressive, which is why it suits dealerships, hospitality, and venues that want scale without shouting.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side shows through the other. Colour stays opaque and text reads correctly from any approach.
On a flag with this much surface area, show-through would be visible from as far away as the artwork itself — the blocker is what prevents it.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fibres instead of sitting on the surface — so nothing cracks, flakes, or peels through repeated packing.
The polyester is UV protected to hold its colour outdoors and is machine washable, so the same graphic can run for several seasons rather than one.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 13.5' large teardrop flag kit, sold separately. Buying graphics rather than complete kits is the cheaper way to keep a rotating message on the same poles and base.
