Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Replacement Flag for 12' Medium Tear Drop Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 12' teardrop flag, sold on its own. Order it to put a new campaign on hardware you already own, or to retire a flag that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for dealership forecourts, storefronts and building frontages, roadside promotions, grand openings, golf tournaments, festivals, hospitality and wedding venues, campuses, and outdoor event grounds. Poles and base are not included.
Elegant Height, Distinctive Shape
Twelve feet puts the graphic well above vehicles and crowds, but the curved teardrop outline keeps the flag looking composed rather than aggressive at that height.
In a field of straight-edged blade flags the silhouette alone differentiates you — which is worth something at a show or on a strip where every neighbour has the same shape.
Double-Sided Print, Edge to Edge
Artwork prints full colour across both faces with no border, and a grey blocker layer between them stops either side bleeding through.
Both faces stay opaque and correctly oriented, so the flag works on traffic passing in either direction rather than only one.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fibres instead of sitting on the surface — so nothing cracks, flakes, or peels through repeated packing.
The polyester is UV protected against sun fading and machine washable, so the same graphic can go out for several seasons rather than one.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 12' medium teardrop flag kit, sold separately. Buying graphics rather than complete kits is the cheaper way to keep a rotating message on the same poles and base.
