Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.

Replacement Flag for 9' Small Tear Drop Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 9' teardrop flag, sold on its own. Order it to put a new campaign on hardware you already own, or to retire a flag that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for storefronts and business entrances, dealership forecourts and showrooms, open houses, grand openings, golf tournaments, hospitality and wedding venues, campuses, and outdoor event grounds. Poles and base are not included.
Height and Footprint in Balance
Nine feet lifts the graphic clear of standing crowds without the pole length and wind load of a thirteen- or fifteen-foot flag, which keeps setup quick and the anchoring straightforward.
The curved teardrop silhouette also stands out in a row of straight-edged blade flags — useful when everyone around you has chosen the same shape.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side bleeds through the other. Colour stays rich and opaque and text reads correctly from either approach.
Worth having anywhere traffic passes in two directions, since a single-sided flag is effectively blank half the time.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the fibres instead of sitting on the surface — so nothing cracks, flakes, or peels through repeated packing.
The polyester is UV protected to resist sun fading and machine washable, so a flag that has been out all season can be cleaned and put back up rather than replaced.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 9' small teardrop flag kit, sold separately. Buying graphics rather than complete kits is the cheaper way to keep a rotating message on the same poles and base.
