Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.

Replacement Flag for 10' Small Feather Flag Kit — Full Colour, Double Sided
A printed replacement graphic for our 10' feather flag — the blade shape with the straight bottom edge — sold on its own. Order it to put fresh artwork on hardware you already own, or to replace a flag that has faded, torn, or gone out of date.
Ideal for storefronts and business entrances, parking lot and roadside promotions, grand openings, open houses, pop-up shops, golf tournaments, sports fields, races, and outdoor trade show grounds. Poles and base are not included.
The Height That Clears Traffic
Ten feet is the everyday working height for a flag: the graphic sits above parked vehicles and standing crowds, which is what a storefront or lot-edge flag has to do to be read from the road rather than from six feet away.
The straight bottom edge of the blade profile holds the shape cleanly at that height and keeps the artwork as a clean vertical band beside the horizontal signage around it.
Double-Sided Print With Grey Blocker
Printed full colour on both faces with a grey blocker layer between them, so neither side shows through the other. Text stays the right way round and colour stays opaque from either direction.
That matters most on a roadside flag, where half your audience is arriving from the opposite direction to the other half.
110gsm Polyester, UV Protected and Washable
Printed on 110gsm polyester flag fabric by dye sublimation, which bonds ink into the fibres rather than laying it on top — nothing cracks, flakes, or peels with repeated packing.
The fabric is UV protected to resist sun fading and machine washable, so road grime and a season of weather do not end the flag's life.
Fits Hardware You Already Own
The graphic slips onto the pole set from our 10' small feather flag kit, sold separately as BL750. Ordering graphics instead of complete kits is the economical way to run several flags along a frontage or driveway and change the message each season.
